I wasn’t keen on taking the risk

Getting to car hire auckland airport was easy because we only had to walk a few hundred meters to it from the train station, however getting out of the city was a bit of a task. As hard as my girlfriend try’s, she is not the best navigator in the world and we didn’t have GPS in the car so it was a bit of a challenge. If it wasn’t for the fact that she had never driven on the right side of the road before I would have let her drive and I could have directed her, but I wasn’t quite prepared to take that risk in such a busy city.
