Once you have created a large list you should use Google adwords to find out how much traffic they generate. If it looks like a decent amount you should then search the keywords individually on the search engines to see what other websites you will be competing with. If they are highly ranked and have a high PR rating then you may want to try a different keyword in your search engine optimisation. You want to find keywords that don’t have a lot of competition in order to get results.
