Part of my job requires me to go from one department to the other in our company to take a look at where we can improve our processes, and evaluate the employees and what can be done to improve their efficiency. That of course requires me to work with and oversee a group of people I don’t know well on a regular basis, which is why I have learned to have a couple of icebreaker games that help get everyone relaxed, but help everyone get in a team-like mindset. These little games have really helped me in my work, and I’d recommend them to anyone that could use something like them.
