Proper Rest = Productivity

Our office encourages cat naps in the middle of the day. The top management strongly believes that there is a direct link between rest and productivity. In lieu of this, our office has purchased ergonomic pillows and headrest for each and every employee. The results were encouraging. Within a few weeks, our production level has increased. Aside from the improvement, we are all happy with the policy and our ergonomic equipment. Today, our office has been studying other ergonomic options. They are seriously looking at renovating our cubicles. We are all looking forward at the upcoming changes.
