Cold sore is a highly communicable viral disease. The spread of the virus is accelerated because most people don’t know how to prevent it or treat it. It should be emphasized to them what causes cold sores, how it can spread and the methods to take if they’re infected. It is very imperative that sufficient information is given to people living in areas where high incidences of cold sores have been recorded.
They should be taught different cold sore remedies and medicinal treatment.
Another strong reason that promotes the spread and out break of the disease is poor hygiene and sanitation. The environment influences people’s lifestyle and ways.
