Great Taste No Pain Is The Better Alternative To No Pain No Gain

We’ve been taught that nothing comes easy. If there’s no pain, there’s no gain. We live in fear of cheating the system (although many still try it). We know the threats. You can’t lose weight without diet and exercise, or the pounds will re-appear and multiply. You can’t commit a crime without consequences. Prison breaks don’t happen that often in real life. You can’t cheat on an exam because you’ll either get caught or miss some information that you’ll regret not having later in life. Wait. With modern technology, it’s possible for food to have great taste, no pain. Delicious treats can be low-fat, low-carbohydrate, without trans-fats and still taste good. Welcome to the 21st Century, where technology can be good (and provide good taste). If only the same technology didn’t create those darn cameras at traffic signals that catch us when we run red lights. Oh, well. At least we can enjoy tasty new foods during those days at traffic school.
