    Theere are 3 phases or steps in building lean strong muscels.  The first in my opinion is to stimulate the mucle being trained. The second is to make sure that you fuel the muscle with right nutrients to re build the muscle after you have exercised it.  Its not going to do you any good to break down a muscle if you cant build it back up bigger and stronger if you dont give it protein and good carbs to build it. I like kettlebell exercises.  Protein is the conerstone and the building blocks of getting the muscle that you Train so hard for.
