A lot of consumers are suffering from unfair trades from some of their local stores. Most especially to goods that they either purchase or lease with these establishments. These unfair acts of trade are against the law of the California lemon law.
The California lemon law is known to all as the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act that is found in the California Civil Code sections 1790 et seq. The Lemon Law’s applicability is to all consumer goods that are almost identical to its applicability to motor vehicles. And it is specifically designed to protect all consumers who purchase or lease a warranted motor vehicle.
