    Needing Insurance for New Endeavor

    I recently purchased some income property that I am going to put up for rent. I am eager to have this as a means of residual income.  I know it will take a lot of work on my part and that I have to have good insurance.  I had no idea what types of policies I could attain or what the rates would be.  I did a search online and found a great site that offers all different types of policies and I was able to get a commercial insurance quote right then and there.  There was even a live chat agent available to answer any questions I had.  Through this site I was able to get the perfect policy for my new income property.
