In accordance with Clause 3, Article. 70 of the Law on Mortgage of the transmitted in the mortgage and related to the business of property and assessment of its stand - STI determined on the basis of a complete inventory of the property. These items also found that an inventory, balance sheet, an independent auditor on the composition and value of assets related to the enterprise applications are required to contract on the mortgage.
Analyzing these regulations of the Law on the Nationwide mortgage, the author finds the need to distinguish the functions of the auditor and assessor, for making this change in paragraph 3 of Article 70 of the Law on the mortgage, providing that the structure of property related to the enterprise, must be corroborated by an independent auditor, and the estimate of the property set by an independent appraiser.
