It Took a Long Time

I have learned that it is difficult to motivate employees with pre-made training videos that don’t directly apply to their industry. However, it took a long time before I decided to step outside my usual way of doing things and get some custom training video production done. I was afraid that it was going to be too expensive, and that it still wouldn’t be exactly what I needed. Boy, was I wrong! The company that did our videos talked with us at length about our industry, the needs of our employees, and what we wanted to achieve with our training. It turned out much better than I expected, and the price was more than reasonable.
