Improve Customer Service With Call Tracking

My husband says that customer service is the most important part of every business. He said that you have to build trust with consumers so that they will return to your business again. I never realized how important this was until we had our first upset customer. We are new business owners and recently had a very irate caller over the phone. We have taken action and going to invest in Call Tracking to help improve our business and customer service. We are looking forward to the reports from this service.
