    A tough bank can supply a commercial loans till the rehabilitation of the property is complete and standard long-term financing can be had. A contractor wants funds to get thru the permitting process of a project. Conventional financing isn’t available at this stage as there is still too much risk. Due to this many banks don’t offer these loans. More hazardous loans don’t sometimes fall in the lending parameters of many banks. A large percentage of the these loans will come from non-public investment firms and hard money banks.
